The Bookmark option is   and Add Alert option is    

All the screeners are provided with the Bookmark and Add alert option. When you select the screener to Bookmark or Add Alert, it will be added to your bookmark screener and alerts will be sent to you about the screener that you have added to the list.

The logo changes once it is added as shown below.
