Since apps like Trendlyne have very few controls available on iOS, the help options from our end are limited.


1. Please check the subscription on the iOS subscription center. Is your subscription showing up over there?


If the subscription shows up there, can you please try the following steps:


i). Open the Trendlyne app.


ii). Click the Hamburger Menu and select "Subscription Plan.''


iii). Scroll to the bottom and click "Restore Purchase."



iv). Once successful, return to the Home screen to refresh your subscription details.


This will trigger iOS to send another update to Trendlyne regarding the payment you’ve made.

 

2. Have you subscribed using the private relay email ID but logged in using your Gmail/Yahoo ID? This is a common mistake that people make.


This problem is faced by iOS users as Apple does not provide detailed information to companies like Trendlyne. 


iOS subscriptions are managed by Apple. Trendlyne hasn't received any update from Apple for your email id. 


Trendlyne has no control over the money flow on iOS; this is managed entirely by Apple. We don't have access to Apple’s dashboard where we can check your payment, so the help we can provide is limited.
