Trendlyne organizes alerts into groups to help users manage them efficiently. A Watchlist serves as a stock group, providing flexibility in setting alerts for specific stocks beyond the predefined options. Here’s how you can customize alerts for individual stocks:

Steps to Set Stock-Specific Alerts:

  1. Create Watchlists for Your Alerts:

    • For example, create three Watchlists: Day SMAX, Week SMAX, and Month SMAX (or any specific condition you want to track).

  2. Create Screeners:

    • Set up 3 different screeners and attach the corresponding Watchlists (Day SMAX, Week SMAX, Month SMAX) to these screeners.

  3. Add/Remove Stocks:

    • Add or remove individual stocks to/from these Watchlists as needed. A stock can belong to more than one Watchlist.

Note: Steps 1 and 2 only need to be done once. After that, you can manage your Watchlists to track specific stocks and set up custom alerts.

This approach offers great flexibility, allowing you to create personalized alerts rather than relying solely on the system-provided ones.
