For example, if you search for reports on resignations for September 30, it will show PDFs of resignation filings dated that day.

If you select "Results," the search query will filter filings specifically related to earnings results.

Similarly, selecting "Conference Calls" will display results for conference call reports from that specific day, as shown below. You can try this with other options like board meetings, AGMs, broker reports, and more.
