If you are not receiving your alert emails, they are likely being directed to your Spam/Junk folder or blocked by your email provider.

To ensure you always receive your alerts, please 
whitelist the following email IDs by adding them to your contacts or safe sender's list: subscriber-alerts@trendlyne.com and no-reply@trendlyne.com

Here are the steps for popular email providers:

Gmail

1. Open Gmail and check your Spam folder. If you find a Trendlyne email, mark it as “Not Spam”.
2. Add our addresses to your contacts: 
Open an email from us → hover over the sender’s name → click “Add to Contacts”.
OrGo to Contacts → click “Create Contact” → enter subscriber-alerts@trendlyne.com and no-reply@trendlyne.com.


Hotmail / Outlook.com

1. Open your Junk Email folder. If you see our email, right-click and select “Mark as not junk”.
2. Add us to the Safe Senders list: 
Click the gear icon (Settings) → View all Outlook settings.
Go to Mail > Junk Email
Under Safe senders and domains, click Add and enter subscriber-alerts@trendlyne.com and no-reply@trendlyne.com.

Yahoo Mail

1. Check the Spam folder. If you find our email, select it and click “Not Spam”.
2. Add to contacts: 
Open our email → click the sender name → select Add to Contacts.
Or, 
Go to Contacts → Add a new contact → enter subscriber-alerts@trendlyne.com and no-reply@trendlyne.com.

After whitelisting, your Trendlyne alert emails should reliably reach your Inbox.
